Returns for damaged goods will not be accepted if the customer has not submitted a complaint to the
relevant carrier. In the event of a shipment being damaged, please save all packaging materials and broken
pieces for DHL inspection. Notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment by communicating your
name, description of the damaged artifact and attaching detailed images, we will credit or replace the
damaged items as soon as possible after proper notification.
