Sicilian Flask with two handles – “Arlecchino and Pulcinella”

The flask faithfully recalls one of the 142 decorations present in the famous Scala S. Maria del Monte in Caltagirone.

The flask has very ancient origins. It was used to contain and serve water or wine, keeping them fresh, even if they were exposed to the sun.
